Course Details
  • COURSE – 1: Course Code: ADR-BM15

    Basics of Mediation Training Program
    15 hours (2-days: in-person)/(Virtual 4 days- 3 hrs each day)

    A) Course Content:
    I. Module I – Introduction to Alternate Dispute Resolution
    II. Module II – Introduction to Mediation and Negotiation
    III. Module III – Scope of Mediation
    IV. Module IV – Ethics and Code of Conduct
    V. Role play Demo, Opening Statement of mediator Demo, opening statement of the parties’ demo
    VI. Assessment by role play and written assignments

    B) Who can join:
    • Those candidates who wish to gain basic knowledge of Mediation as an alternate method of dispute resolution
    • Any graduate level person
    • Law and management students
    • Graduates from any other field than law

    C) Course Medium & Materials:
    Considering the international accreditation requirements, the course language would be in ENGLISH. All the coursework would be provided in ENGLIGH language. However, as a training provider, we would be happy to make participants to understand the theory and concept in the regional language whenever it is necessary.
    Every course participant would be provided with a concise coursebook consisting theory, principles and concepts of mediation and Negotiation well explained in ENGLISH.

    D) ASSESSMENTS:
    The participants will be assessed by 90-minutes role play (simulations), this will be recorded using suitable equipment and will be sent to independent assessors OR in presence of assessors online. There is also written coursework requirement that allows tutors to assess participants’ understanding of course modules from academic lens.

  • COURSE – 2: Course code: ADR-CCM50

    Comprehensive Commercial Mediation & Negotiation Training Program
    Training Sessions: 50 hours (6-days: in-person)/ (Virtual: 12 days – 4.5 hrs each day)

    A) Course Content:
    I) MODULE – I: Object and purpose of the course
    II) MODULE – II: Mediation: Definition, Concept and Process Explained
    III) MODULE – III: Techniques and effective management of Mediation
    IV) MODULE – IV: Ethics, Rules & code of conduct for Mediator, governance
    V) MODULE – V: Mediation global perspective
    VI) MODULE – VI: Need and relevance of Mediation as ADR Mechanism -Indian Context

    B) Who can join:
    • Any graduate level person
    • Law and management students
    • Graduates from any other field than law
    • Managers at all levels, Human Resources Professionals, In-house lawyers, practicing lawyers, engineers, architects, project managers/consultants etc
    • This course will enable participants to mediate the disputes professionally

    II) Reaching an agreement to mediate
    III) Preparing your case, client, and legal team – roles and strategies
    IV) Getting the most out of the mediation conference
    V) Ethics, Rules & code of conduct for Mediator, governance
    VI) Mediation global and Indian perspective, relevance of Mediation as ADR Mechanism

    B) Who can join:
    • Any law and/or management graduate who want their own mediative competencies
    • Law and management students
    • Graduates from any other field than law
    • Managers at all levels, Human Resources Professionals, In-house lawyers, practicing lawyers, engineers, architects, project managers/consultants etc
    • Those who want the skills necessary to successfully guide and assist their clients through mediation process

    • Value added topics such as laws governing legal practice
